Teach First is a non-profit organization whose mission is to address educational disadvantage by transforming exceptional graduates into effective, inspirational teachers and leaders in all fields.

Teach First obtains funding from government bodies such as Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF), and the Training and Development Agency (TDA). To support the rapid growth and development of the organization (it will double in the next 12 months), a leadership development programme has been created for the Teach First Associate and Regional Directors.

It was felt that this programme should include 360 Degree Feedback that was appropriate and aligned with the organisation’s objectives for individual and organizational growth. Track was invited to develop, deliver, manage and support this 360 Degree Feedback project.
